Warranty Declaration:
All warranties for the products sold are primarily provided by the manufacturers themselves. This implies that the warranty service for the sold products is managed by the respective brands. Each brand maintains its own independent warranty terms and conditions, clearly stated on their official websites. In this context, Monarch IT Ltd serves as a supporting entity, working to enforce the warranty terms and conditions of the original brands and providing assistance to customers as needed.

Adherence to Manufacturer's Warranty Terms:
Customers are urged to thoroughly read and understand the warranty terms and conditions specified by the original manufacturers. These terms can vary across different brands and are available on the official websites of the respective companies. Monarch IT Ltd, as a supportive organization, actively facilitates the implementation of the warranty terms and conditions outlined by the manufacturers.

Monarch IT Ltd adheres to the warranty policies set by the International, National, and Bangladesh Computer Society (BCS) for each product.Monarch IT Ltd provides warranty as a service agreement between the manufacturer or importer and the customer.

Warranty Coverage:
Monarch IT Ltd provides warranty coverage for products based on the terms set by the respective manufacturers or importers. Not all products come with a warranty; only those with a specified warranty period declared by the original company are eligible.

Warranty Period:
The warranty period for various products may vary. For laptops, the warranty period may range from 1 to 3 years, while the warranty for specific components like batteries and adapters is typically limited to 1 year.

Product Replacement and Adjustment:
Monarch IT Ltd reserves the right to replace or adjust certain products covered by warranty if defects are found after the sale. If a specific model is unavailable, Monarch IT Ltd may provide an equivalent or better product.

Service Turnaround Time:
The time required for service, including repair and replacement, may vary. Delays can occur due to the need to import necessary parts, which may not always be readily available.

Data and Software:
Monarch IT Ltd is not responsible for data loss or software issues during product use or service provided.

Customized Setups:
Similar to Monarch IT Ltd does not cover warranty for customized computer setups and operating system customizations done during sales.

Lifetime Warranty:
Lifetime warranty refers to the warranty service provided for prevalent products up to the time the product is considered End of Life (EOL). As per BCS policy, customers can typically enjoy warranty service for a maximum of 2 years.

Service Charges:
Monarch IT Ltd may charge a fee for services outside the warranty coverage, subject to customer consent.

Dead Pixels on Monitors:
Monarch IT Ltd may have specific criteria for warranty claims related to dead pixels on monitors.

Return Requirements:
Customers are typically required to bring the product box during the warranty claim process, as it is considered mandatory.

It's essential for customers to review and understand the specific warranty terms provided by Monarch IT Ltd for each product category. Warranty conditions can vary based on the type of product and the policies set by the respective manufacturers or importers.

In cases where the warranty will not be effective or can be voided due to careless usage reasons such as exposure to water, breakage, falling, impact damage, or deep scratches, the product will not fall under the warranty coverage

Monarch IT Ltd will not provide warranty coverage or may void the warranty due to reasons such as careless usage, including exposure to water, breakage, falling, impact damage, or deep scratches. If the serial or serial sticker of any product is partially or completely erased, removed, or damaged for any reason, the product will not be covered by the warranty. For motherboards, graphics cards, and RAM, if there is fungus or deep damage on the surface, the respective product will not be under warranty. In the case of motherboards and processors, if one or more pins are broken, bent, or distorted, the product will not be covered by the warranty. For laptops, desktops, or any product delivered by Monarch IT Ltd without the use of passwords or security codes during delivery, the responsibility for the BIOS password lies with the customer and will not be covered by the warranty. If an Apple MacBook's native operating system is deleted, the product will not be covered by the warranty. Warranty does not cover consumable parts such as printer cartridges, toners, heads, rollers, drums, element covers, etc. For printers, the warranty does not cover the use of ink or toner cartridges other than those specified by the manufacturer. In the case of a specific model's combo (couple) keyboard-mouse set where either the keyboard or mouse is damaged, the entire combo (couple) set (including complementary accessories) must be presented for warranty. Only the keyboard or mouse alone will not be accepted for warranty. Warranty does not cover power adapters for printers, scanners, routers, switches, access points, TV cards, and similar products. If warranty or service is not claimed within two months in the warranty or service department after warranty provision for a specific product, the company will not bear the responsibility for the respective product. If the warranty receiving paper for a particular product is lost, the product can be accepted for warranty only with the purchase receipt and appropriate evidence."
