Online Delivery

Standard Online Delivery Terms:

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for any product in any part of Bangladesh.

Delivery charges/courier charges are applicable for online delivery.

In Dhaka, Gazipur, Rangpur, Chittagong, and Khulna cities, we provide delivery through our own courier service. Additionally, we offer courier services for other cities as well.

For products delivered via courier, customers need to make an advance payment through bKash, bank transfer, or online payment.

For orders with a total value above Tk. 20,000 in Dhaka/Gazipur/Rangpur/Chittagong/Khulna cities, partial payment may be required.

The complete courier charge for products delivered via courier must be borne by the customer.

Currently, the delivery time for online orders is 1 to 3 days or more.

Payment confirmation SMS must be received within 3 days after placing the order, and payment must be made within this period. Failure to do so may result in the order being canceled, or the product may go out of stock or experience a change in price.

If the ordered product is out of stock, the customer has the option to exchange the product or receive a refund.

Delivery to specific flats is restricted. Customers must receive the product from the main gate of the building.

Home delivery is available in specific areas of Chittagong, and the areas include Agrabad, Choumuhani, Deowanhat, Tigerpass, Lal Khan Bazar, Wasa, GEC Mode, 2 Number Gate, Muradpur, Probartok Mor, Jamal Khan, Chakbazar, Nasirabad Housing, Khatunganj, Asadganj, Katalganj, Kotwali, Anarkali, Oxygen, and more.

Home delivery is available in specific areas of Gazipur, including Takshal, Shimultali, Audience, BDF, DUET, Mist, Joydevpur Bus Stand, North/South Shoyabithi, Joripukur More, Rajdighir Par, Rajbari Maath, Ranibillash Money School, Vat-Tax and DC Office, Joydevpur Passport Office, Railway Station, Rathkhola, Sadar Hospital, Civil Surgeon Office, City Corporation, Post Office, Dhan Research, Agricultural Research, Polli Biddut, Wireless Gate, Satellite Office, Great Wall City, Noljani, Cheragi Ali (Beximco Pharma), College Gate (Suratorongo Road/House Building/Shafiuddin Road), Bonomala Road (Dattopara House Building/Brac Town), and more.

For international payments, the customer must send a clear photo of the card used for payment and the cardholder's Voter ID/National ID/Driving License/Passport to the official email or Facebook page.

EMI is not applicable for international cards.

Special campaign offers or vouchers/coupons cannot be used for products under any special offer or discounted products.

Monarch It Express Delivery Terms:

Express delivery is available only when the product is in specific stock.

Express delivery is provided within 24 working hours from the time of order confirmation, and if it takes more than 24 hours to deliver, no delivery charge will be applied (conditions apply).

Delivery charges depend on the size and weight of the product. Customers need to provide detailed information about delivery during order confirmation by contacting our agent.

If express delivery is confirmed before 12:00 PM on a given day, the delivery will be made on the same day. If confirmed after 12:00 PM, delivery will be made on the next day.

If express delivery is confirmed after 12:00 PM on a given day, delivery will be made on the next day.

There is no free delivery offer applicable to express delivery.
