In-Store Purchases:
Customers are advised to thoroughly check the products in front of our sellers when making purchases in-store.
Any problems discovered later will not be eligible for changes, but services will be provided based on the product's description (warranty).
Online Orders:
For online orders, customers must report any manufacturing issues or problems within 24 hours of receiving the product via our hotline service.
The product must not be scratched, and the product box must be intact for it to be eligible for return.
Product Mismatch:
If, upon receiving an online order, the box appears to contain the wrong product, customers are advised not to open or damage the box. Opening the box and using the product will make it non-returnable.
Review and Replacement:
In the case of a manufacturing defective product received, customers need to visit any of our shops. Our specialists will review the product and take necessary steps for replacement if required.
Delivery Service Replacement:
If a customer wishes to change a defective product through our delivery service, a replacement charge of TK. 200/- is applicable within Dhaka. For locations outside Dhaka, only the courier charge is applicable.
Non-Compatibility or Unwanted Products:
Products received successfully without any faults, and later found incompatible with the customer's setup or unwanted, cannot be changed or returned.
Software/Software License:
After the purchase of software or software licenses, returns or refunds will not be applicable.
Return and Refund Processing:
Products with specific reasons for return will be processed within 3 to 10 working days. The online purchase procedure may take longer.
Refund Charges:
Refund charges are applicable for all Mobile Financial Services, Online Gateway, and POS payment refunds.
Damaged Products:
If customers receive broken or packet-damaged products, we request not to accept the product from the courier service. Any complaint for courier-damaged products won't be acceptable.
Cashback Deduction:
If the customer received any cashback during payment, the cashback amount will be deducted during the refund process.
